You can return items that you are not happy by notifying us within 5 days from the moment you receive the product. Sale items cannot be returned unless it’s a factory error. Please note for returns shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Please follow the steps below to refund or exchange your order.

– All items must be returned in its original condition complete with tags and packaging (No signs of damage).

-Send us an email at info@alcaviedes.com with your explanation.

​

– Once we receive your parcel, we will process everything accordingly and keep you updated via email along the way.

​

– Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to reach your account.

GUARANTEES AND RETURNS

You must be sure of the product and the size you are going to order. In the event that you receive the product and it does not fit your space or did not meet your expectations, you pay the shipping to return the garment that did not serve you and we pay the shipping to send you the new garment.

If you received artworks in poor condition, with some imperfection or there is an error in the size, color or reference, you do not have to pay anything for the return shipment and you have 8 days to make the change. The artwork must have in its original condition complete with tags and packaging.

• Discounted items cannot be changed (unless it is a factory error).
